Description
« Jassemin » baluster-shaped vase with twisted handles, on a circular pedestal, wide-rimmed flared neck, Nevers earthenware decorated in blue and Chinese manganese in landscapes with pierced rock and flowering hedges, of extreme-oriental inspiration. On the base and the edge, stylized garlands of foliage and floral scrolls. The bottom is pierced with three holes.
Circa 1680-1690, late 17th century.
