For those with a  passion for Asian Arts, the Duchange name is a mark of excellence since 50 years and is inseparable from the Asian Art market. The Anne Duchange gallery marks a new step in the line started by her father, Michel Duchange, and pursues this extraordinary heritage. Her father inspired her passion through his enthusiasm, his audacity and his exigence towards his purchases.

After growing up surrounded by works of Art and chinese porcelains, Anne learnt the work of an antiques dealer in the multiple family galleries. Today she continues the story that began in Rue de Beaune in 1965. For more than 50 years, her family has worked with the most important international museums, such as the Musée Guimet, and has participated in the creation of many private collections including Mr. T.T.Tsui’s in Hong Kong. Today, her unique collection of coromandel lacquer screens continues to attract many decorators from around the globe.

As a member of the Syndicat Nationale des Antiquaires (National Syndicate of Antique Dealers), Anne presents in her gallery a selection of exceptional, museum worthy rare antiquities. Two main trends illustrate the orientation of her work and the extent of the periods represented, mainly the Ming (1368 - 1644) and Qing (1644 - 1911) dynasties. Two important aspects of chinese production coexist, on one hand, the objects destined for the Emperors, and on the other, the objects ordered in China by the India Company for the Europeans.

However Anne Duchange does not limit her search for rare objects to China. Other continents and cultures are also represented in her gallery through exceptional statues from South East Asia.

What guides her always at the moment of choice are these three words she always keeps in mind, "enthusiasm, audacity and excellence".
